Images you generate using Open Journey are associated with your account. Depending on your plan:

• Free plan: Generated images may be used by Open Journey for service improvement and may be publicly visible in community galleries
• Paid plans: You retain rights to your generated images as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Images on paid plans are private by default

We may use anonymized and aggregated data from generated images to improve our AI models and service quality.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Generated images are stored according to your plan's storage limits. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure data storage, access controls, and regular security assessments.
